Return & Warranty Policy

At Pouch Villa, we want customers to understand clearly what applies when a product is faulty, when a warranty claim is valid, and when a refund or replacement is not available.

Please read the policy below before completing a purchase.

Returns

Faulty products must be reported and returned within 7 days of purchase.

This return provision applies specifically to products that are found to be faulty. Any faulty item must be reported and returned within the stated 7-day period.

Change of Mind

Pouch Villa does not offer a refund or replacement where a customer simply changes their mind after making a purchase.

Customers are therefore encouraged to confirm their choice before completing a purchase.

Warranty

Pouches come with a 3-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty applies only where the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect in the product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• misuse;
• accidents;
• water;
• stains;
• tears;
• alterations; or
• normal wear and tear.

Damage resulting from any of the above is outside the warranty coverage.

Resolution of Approved Warranty Claims

Where a warranty claim is approved, Pouch Villa will resolve the claim through replacement of the affected product.

Approved warranty claims are not settled by cash refund.
